Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Must be in original condition
• Must include original packaging, if applicable

Items that do NOT qualify:
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Items damaged due to customer use
• Items returned without approval

Wrong Item / Damaged Item
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on availability.

How to Start a Return

Include: Full name, Order number, Reason for return, and a photo (if damaged or incorrect item). Once approved, we will send return instructions.

Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
