At K✶M✶P – Key Money Phrases, we want every customer to love and feel confident in what they wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✔ Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Items must be in their original packaging (including tags).
  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items returned with wear, stains, odors, or damage not caused by us will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Print-on-demand items ordered incorrectly by the customer (wrong size, wrong color, etc.)

🔄 Exchanges

We accept exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong item,
  • The item arrived damaged, or
  • You need a different size (based on availability).

To request an exchange, email us at keymoneyphrase@gmail.com with your order number and photos if applicable.

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once:

  1. Your return is received,
  2. Inspected, and
  3. Approved.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

📸 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will replace the item at no cost to you.
